Role Description We're looking for an Affiliate Program Manager to own and scale our TikTok Shop creator/affiliate program from the ground up. This isn't a process-and-execute role. It's a strategic role where you'll architect the program, build creator relationships, drive sales through paid amplification, and grow a community of engaged creators around our brand. You'll work directly with the founder. You'll have full ownership of the TikTok Shop channel — from recruitment through revenue. As the program scales, you'll hire VAs and specialists under you. What You'll Own - Creator Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard the right TikTok creators using EUKA bots, Kalo Data competitor research, and targeted outreach. Build segmented creator lists and bots that consistently generate sample requests every week. - Creator Activation: Turn approved samples into posted videos. Develop content briefs and viral hooks. Personally follow up with creators between sample shipment and first post. Remove friction so creators actually publish. - Revenue Growth: Launch promotional campaigns, run TikTok GMV Max ads behind viral videos, and continuously test commission structures and product seeding to grow revenue and profit per affiliate. - Relationship Management: Capture creator contact info. Build personal relationships with top performers via email, WhatsApp, and direct outreach. Develop retainer programs, newsletters, and exclusive offers that reward and retain top creators. - Ad & Listing Management: Set up and optimize TikTok GMV Max ad campaigns per product. Manage TikTok Shop listing health (titles, images, pricing, promotions). Resolve compliance issues and account violations. - Program Optimization: Continuously refine commission rates, sample approval criteria, creative briefs, promotional offers, and seasonal campaigns. Test, measure, double down on what works. What Success Looks Like - Generate $5,000+ in affiliate-attributed GMV by month 3, scaling to $35,000+ by month 6. - 25 active creators posting at least one video per week by month 3. - 20 new creators making their first sale per month. - 80% month-over-month retention of top-performing creators. - Build a "what works" playbook of winning content hooks, viral video patterns, and top-tier creator profiles. 30 / 60 / 90 Day Plan - First 30 Days — Learn & Set Foundation: Learn AUGO's products and customer demographics, audit the current TikTok Shop affiliate program, master our tools, establish weekly KPI reporting, take over EUKA bot management and daily creator messaging, begin recruiting new creators immediately. - Days 31–60 — Scale, Activate, and Build Content Playbook: Increase weekly sample approvals across product lines, develop creative briefs and content hooks based on top-performing video patterns, identify the first retainer cohort, launch the first promotional campaign or monthly creator contest. - Days 61–90 — Optimize & Systematize: Hit affiliate-attributed GMV targets, document SOPs and record process Looms for every recurring task, build the "what works" playbook, launch the affiliate newsletter, present 90-day results and growth roadmap. Qualifications - 2–3+ years in affiliate marketing, creator outreach, or influencer program management (TikTok Shop experience strongly preferred). - Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop Affiliate Center, EUKA, Kalo Data, or similar creator-discovery platforms. - Proven track record managing influencer / creator partnerships — sample seeding, contact capture, ongoing relationship building. - E-commerce experience (Amazon, Shopify, or similar). - Track record of scaling an affiliate or creator program from the ground up. Requirements - TikTok Shop Seller Center & Affiliate Center proficiency. - CRM management (Google Sheets, Streak, or equivalent). - Email marketing platforms (Beehiiv preferred). - Strong written communication for creator messaging and content briefs. - Data analysis and reporting (Excel / Google Sheets). - Negotiation skills (commission structures, retainer deals). Benefits - Build, Don't Maintain: You're architecting a new channel from scratch. - Direct Line to the Founder: Work side-by-side with the owner without corporate red tape. - Full Channel Ownership: Own TikTok end-to-end — creators, content, ads, listings, compliance, retention. - Path to Leadership: Opportunity to grow into a team lead as the program expands. - Real Impact, Fast: See the direct link between your work and our growth. - Performance Bonuses: Bonuses tied to GMV milestones. - Fully Remote: Work from wherever you're most productive. - A Brand with Proven Traction: Thousands of 5-star reviews on Amazon. - Mission-Driven: Grow a brand that genuinely makes people's lives easier. How to Apply Please submit your resume along with short answers to the following: - What's the most successful creator program or affiliate channel you've ever helped grow? What did you do, and what were the results? - What's your honest read on TikTok Shop's biggest opportunity (and biggest challenge) in 2026? - What's your desired compensation range for this role (base salary + any bonus expectations)?
