Role Description We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Correspondence Specialist who excels at managing official communications and is passionate about advocating for people facing crisis. You'll work from home and need a quiet space, fast internet, and the discipline to stay on task without close supervision. Your primary focus will be managing all official correspondence received from government entities and other stakeholders. This includes: - Reviewing scanned mail and email daily. - Following detailed handling instructions to determine the right action for each item. - Updating internal systems and calendars. - Notifying the right people and clients on time. This role is vital at the firm and must be handled with exceptional care and professionalism. Attention to detail is everything. You must be flexible as the nature of your tasks may change daily or over time.
