Role Description O Backoffice do QuintoAndar é o motor de suporte interno para as frentes mais críticas do negócio de For Rent. Cuidamos de ponta a ponta de fluxos complexos de: - Collections (atendimento de casos de clientes e proprietários inadimplentes, reemissão de acordos e conciliação bancária) - Evictions (suporte ao time jurídico em processos judiciais de despejo e rescisões contratuais; além de tratativas com escritórios e assessorias jurídicas parceiras) Buscamos profissionais que gostem de mergulhar fundo em problemas delicados que impactam diretamente a vida financeira e jurídica de nossos clientes, atuando com alto nível de autonomia e proatividade. Qualifications - Experiência em Operações Complexas: Vivência consolidada em rotinas de Backoffice, de preferência nas frentes de Cobrança (Collections), Risco, Operações Financeiras ou suporte a esteiras Jurídicas. - Visão de Negócio Extensa: Capacidade de compreender os processos de ponta a ponta, equilibrando a experiência do cliente final com as metas de eficiência do negócio. - Habilidades Interpessoais: Comunicação extremamente clara, assertiva e adaptável para se conectar com diferentes níveis hierárquicos e áreas internas. - Organização e Autonomia: Proatividade comprovada para identificar gargalos e propor soluções sem a necessidade de microgerenciamento constante. - Ferramentas de Controle: Conhecimento intermediário em Planilhas Google para preenchimento e controle de indicadores operacionais cotidianos. Requirements - Experiência em Empresas de Tecnologia: Passagem prévia por fintechs, marketplaces ou empresas de alto crescimento com processos estruturados e dinâmicos. - Ferramental Técnico: Vivência prévia utilizando a plataforma Salesforce para gestão e triagem de chamados. - Conhecimento Jurídico Operacional: Noções básicas de processos de despejo, rescisões contratuais complexas ou interface com escritórios parceiros. Responsibilities - Resolução de Casos Críticos: Liderar investigações aprofundadas de casos operacionais sensíveis envolvendo cobranças, inadimplência e fluxos contratuais/jurídicos complexos de despejo. - Referência Comportamental e Técnica: Atuar como o porto seguro do time, sendo referência para esclarecimento de dúvidas diárias de analistas Banda 2 e mentorando ativamente os novos Jovens Aprendizes que ingressam na área. - Gestão e Destrave de Demandas: Acompanhar o fluxo diário de filas operacionais, identificando gargalos e agindo de forma proativa para destravar processos junto aos times internos de linha de frente. - Treinamento e Planos de Ação: Organizar rotinas de treinamento de processos para o time (New Hires) e auxiliar na construção e execução de planos de ação práticos para a melhoria dos indicadores de qualidade e SLAs. - Oratória e Apresentação de Resultados: Conduzir e liderar reuniões de alinhamento diário (daily) com a equipe e realizar apresentações estruturadas dos resultados em fóruns operacionais e semanais.
