Account Executive – Product Expansion, Growth
Super Dispatch
• Drive Account Expansion: Target and close cross-sell opportunities within our massive existing customer base of shippers and carriers, turning single-product users into multi-product users. • Position Premium Products: Pitch the value propositions of SuperProtect and SuperAgent, effectively demonstrating how integrated cargo insurance and AI automation mitigate risk, save hours of manual labor, and drive profitability. • Data-Driven Account Mapping: Analyze customer usage data and health scores to identify accounts that are primed for expansion (e.g., a carrier moving high volumes who needs SuperProtect, or a busy broker who needs SuperAgent to scale operations). • Conduct High-Impact Demos: Run highly targeted demonstrations for existing users, showing them exactly how adding new features seamlessly integrates into their current Super Dispatch workflow. • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with Account Management, Customer Success, and Product teams to align expansion campaigns, gather user feedback on new products, and ensure a seamless post-sale onboarding experience.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, specifically in SaaS Account Expansion, Cross-Selling, or Strategic Account Management.
- A proven track record of upselling new product lines into an existing customer base is required.
- Direct experience in the logistics, freight-tech, automotive supply chain is preferred.
- Deep familiarity with the pain points of both auto shippers and carriers is essential.
- Exceptional relationship-building and consultative sales skills.
- You know how to leverage an existing business relationship to run a discovery process on secondary pain points (like risk management or operational bottlenecks).
- You understand that existing customers require a "trusted advisor" approach.
- You can articulate how adding SuperProtect protects a carrier’s bottom line, or how SuperAgent helps a broker handle twice the load volume without hiring more staff.
