Inside Sales Representative
Petal
• Drive adoption of Petal Medical Billing in Quebec and help healthcare professionals simplify their workflows. • Reporting to the Director of SMB Sales, you will help grow the adoption of Petal Medical Billing and other Petal solutions among healthcare professionals across Quebec. • Manage inbound leads, follow up on past opportunities, build pipeline through outbound outreach, and guide prospects through the sales cycle from first conversation to close. • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Billing Operations to understand customer needs, share market insights, and help healthcare professionals simplify their billing workflows.
Job Requirements
- Professional experience in sales, healthcare technology, medical billing, or another customer-facing role.
- A proactive approach to prospecting, follow-ups, and relationship building.
- Strong communication skills and a consultative sales approach.
- Excellent proficiency in French, both written and spoken, in order to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals in Quebec.
- Good organization and the ability to manage several opportunities at once.
- Self-motivation and comfort working without constant direction.
- Curiosity and the ability to learn technical or industry-specific topics quickly.
- A collaborative mindset, with openness to other’s ideas and feedback.
- Resilience when handling objections and moving deals forward.
- Experience selling into healthcare, using Salesforce, or working in a medical billing environment is a strong asset.
