• Manage our B2B & B2B2C clients as a sparring partner, advisor and project lead • Develop cross-channel social media strategies and implement them in regular coordination with colleagues and clients • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams from creative, media, consulting and management – hands-on and always on equal footing • In day-to-day social media operations you will handle editorial work, idea generation, content planning, content creation, content distribution, community management and reporting • You stay up to date with developments in social media marketing and actively drive our clients' social media activities forward • You manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously – from initial projects to retainer engagements • You take responsibility for agency revenues in the six-figure range • You ensure continuous profitability and quality of your projects and purposefully grow accounts • You share your knowledge within the team to continuously shape our consulting standards • You coach junior and mid-level colleagues – providing feedback, know-how and a listening ear • You lead pitches and actively contribute your expertise and experience to new business acquisition
Job Requirements
- University degree (Bachelor's or Master's), ideally with a focus on Marketing
- At least 4 years of experience in professional social media marketing – as a consultant, account manager or project lead at an agency
- Proven success in leading client projects, budget responsibility and strategy development
- Several years of experience in professional social media marketing, platform logics, tools & trends and KPI-driven work – from Meta to LinkedIn and TikTok
- Social media strategy expertise combined with a strong sense of brand management
- Desire for responsibility, impact and personal development – and enthusiasm for a strong team
- Entrepreneurial mindset, empathy and genuine interest in digital developments
- Good industry network and enjoyment in sharing knowledge at conferences, webinars, etc.
