Role Description Looking for a Media Buyer who wants to learn the performance marketing craft properly. This is a hands-in-the-account role from day one for someone obsessed with what makes an ad account scale profitably, not just spend. You will work hand-in-hand with senior buyers to plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns primarily on Meta, with growing responsibility on AppLovin / Axon. You will be responsible for: - Building, launching, and managing Meta campaigns (CBO/ABO structures, audiences, placements, creative testing). - Supporting and growing into independent buying on AppLovin / Axon. - Monitoring daily performance and flagging scaling opportunities, underperformers, and anomalies. - Running structured creative and audience tests, and documenting the results. - Pulling, organizing, and interpreting performance data to inform decisions, and producing clear weekly client reports. - Analyzing creative performance using soft metrics (CTR, CPM, CPC), benchmarking against account averages, and clearly communicating those reads to strategists and clients. - Helping maintain clean account hygiene, naming conventions, and tracking. Qualifications - 3 - 5 years of hands-on paid media experience in DTC environments, either in-house or at marketing agencies working with DTC brands. - Managed monthly per brand around USD 300k - 1M on ad spend. - Clear written communication in English. - Genuine fluency with Meta Ads Manager — you've built campaigns, not just read about them. - Strong numerical sense; comfortable living in spreadsheets and dashboards. - A direct-response mindset: you care about CPA, ROAS, and contribution margin, not vanity metrics. - Working knowledge of tracking and attribution tools (pixels, CAPI, ClickFlare, GA4, etc.). - Comfortable staying responsive when accounts demand it, including the occasional evening or weekend during launches or scaling pushes. - Availability during key EST windows to analyze performance and take action (scale, kill, pull back, etc.). Nice to have - Experience with AdManage (strongly preferred). - Hands-on time with AppLovin / Axon or other programmatic / native platforms. - Basic understanding of creative.
