Finance Manager

• Improve communication with our tax advisor and reduce information loss in accounting • Prepare and provide up-to-date BWA (monthly management) reports for executive management • Build and further develop reporting and budgeting to improve corporate control • Increase overall efficiency and ensure a functioning, forward-looking finance organization • Integrate and roll out the new system with a clear focus on digitalization • Provide current financial data for existing countries and support the integration of additional locations • Assist in resolving open items and arranging payments • Support the establishment of new sites

Job Requirements

  • Several years of experience in finance management or accounting
  • Experience leading or mentoring teams
  • Strong affinity for digitalization and system implementation
  • Hands-on mentality and willingness to work into operational details
  • Reliability and the experience to act as a peer-level point of contact for the team and executive management
  • Ability to think strategically and implement pragmatically
  • Business-fluent English required — unless you have French language skills
