Head of Financial Services — Germany

• You will have overall responsibility for building and further developing our financial services business in Germany. • You will shape the business from the start — both strategically and operationally. • You will develop the financial services strategy for Germany and implement it independently — in close coordination with the local management and the parent company’s central functions. • You will identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with insurers, banks and financial product providers and manage these relationships on a long-term basis. • You will work closely with our subsidiaries to design processes, deliver training, and scale financial services products across the network. • You will hold full P&L responsibility for Financial Services Germany and report regularly to the executive management. • As the business grows, you will build and develop a local team.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 8–10 years of professional experience in financial services, ideally in insurance distribution, banking, or structured financial product partnerships
- Proven experience building or scaling financial services offerings — either within a corporate environment or in an entrepreneurial setting
- Experience in property management, real estate, or platform structures is a strong advantage
- Solid knowledge of the regulatory environment for financial services in Germany
- Ability to operate at executive management level while also being hands‑on operationally
- Business‑fluent German and English, both written and spoken
- Entrepreneurial mindset, pragmatic approach, and strong execution skills
