Job Description

Senior Finance Manager

Cordance

• Own recurring ARR, revenue, and operational reporting across the Industrials Division • Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting processes, including variance analysis and executive reporting packages • Analyze SaaS performance metrics including ARR, retention, bookings, churn, margins, and operating leverage • Support multi-business unit financial consolidation and performance analysis • Build and maintain financial models used for planning, forecasting, and operational decision-making • Partner with divisional leadership to identify risks, opportunities, and performance improvement initiatives • Assist with acquisition onboarding and post-acquisition financial integration efforts • Improve reporting processes, data quality, and financial visibility across acquired businesses • Support budgeting, strategic planning, and board/investor-related financial analysis • Work cross-functionally with accounting, operations, data, and executive leadership teams • Help drive process standardization and change management initiatives across portfolio companies

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, or strategic finance experience
  • Prior experience supporting SaaS or software businesses required
  • Experience working within multi-entity or multi-business unit environments
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics including ARR, retention, margin analysis, and forecasting
  • Experience supporting acquisition integration, M&A environments, or private equity-backed organizations strongly preferred
  • Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning / Adaptive Insights required
  • Strong Excel and financial systems experience
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment with competing priorities
  • Strong communication and executive presentation skills
  • Self-starter mentality with a willingness to dive into details while maintaining strategic perspective.

Role Description As a FP&A Technical Account Manager at Datarails, you'll sit on the Customer Expansion team and work directly with our existing customer base to implement add-on modules and drive adoption of new products. You’ll serve as the technical expert on our full suite of offerings and partner closely with teams across product, marketing, and operations to shape go-to-market strategies and improve customer outcomes.
