• Campaign Management in the Internal System: Create and monitor short-term adjustments to campaigns and promotional engines within the internal system. • Communication with the Store Network: Draft, issue and follow up official communications directed to the franchise network, ensuring alignment of actions. • Materials Validation: Validate communication materials and the mechanics of promotional campaigns that will be sent to stores. • Analysis and Monitoring of Results: Monitor daily sales and volume performance, conducting comparative analyses (actual vs. projected) of specific cycle movements (such as product launches and commercial dynamics). • Cross-functional Interface: Collaborate closely with strategic partners such as RGM, Campaign Execution, Communications and Categories to ensure cycle turnaround at the store level.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed).
- Analytical Profile: Comfortable with numbers and able to interpret performance indicators (volume, revenue, average price).
- Tools Proficiency: Strong technical command of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, with a primary focus on Excel / Google Sheets (spreadsheets and formulas).
- Organization and Process Management: Strong organizational skills to manage complex flows and processes across multiple cycles and periods simultaneously with agility.
- Results Orientation: Previous experience or familiarity with analyzing sales performance indicators.
- Preferred qualifications
