• Provide technical leadership to the team, serving as a reference for architecture, development, and engineering best practices. • Support the definition and evolution of the architecture of corporate solutions. • Ensure quality, security, performance, and maintainability standards for applications. • Participate in design, technical reviews, resolution of complex problems, and validation of solutions developed by the team. • Conduct code reviews and promote development best practices. • Define and monitor versioning strategies, automated testing, and CI/CD. • Provide technical support for Generative AI initiatives, intelligent automation, virtual assistants, and applications powered by language models (LLMs). • Evaluate technologies, frameworks, and platforms related to Artificial Intelligence, contributing to the company's innovation strategy. • Collaborate with leadership and business areas to align priorities and technical direction. • Participate in proofs of concept (POCs), technology evaluations, and innovation initiatives. • Contribute to the design and evolution of AI-based solutions, supporting the definition of architectures, standards, and best practices for corporate use. • Contribute to the advancement of the company's technical maturity, processes, and engineering culture. • Manage technical debt and drive the continuous improvement of the platforms under your responsibility.
Job Requirements
- Solid experience as a Tech Lead, Solution Architect, Senior Developer, or equivalent role.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Strong command of software engineering best practices. (Medalion)
- Knowledge of system architecture, integrations, and enterprise solutions.
- Experience with Git, version control, and CI/CD.
- Knowledge of relational databases.
- Development experience using Python, C#, or equivalent technologies.
- Ability to make technical decisions and lead architectural discussions.
- Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience leading medium- and high-complexity projects.
