Role Description Du unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung von E-Mails und Follow-ups, pflegst unsere internen Systeme, bereitest Vertragsentwürfe vor und sorgst dafür, dass aus Gesprächen konkrete nächste Schritte werden. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Gründerteam zusammen und bekommst tiefe Einblicke in den Aufbau eines schnell wachsenden, internationalen Hospitality-Konzepts. Wichtig ist uns vor allem eine strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, mitzudenken und Verantwortung zu übernehmen. Der Umfang liegt innerhalb der Minijob-Grenze und sollte sinnvoll über die Woche verteilt sein, damit eine konstante Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft möglich ist. Qualifications - Strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise - Interesse an Business Development, Vertrieb und Expansion im B2B-Bereich - Erste Erfahrung im Kundenkontakt, z. B. in Vertrieb, Service oder Event - Sehr gutes Deutsch (mind.
