Role Description NaphCare has an excellent opportunity for a Support Analyst to join our team remotely at the Arizona Department of Corrections Regional Office. This is a remote position that may require travel. - Communicates in a professional manner with all managers, employees, vendors, and clients of NaphCare. - Perform various clerical and administrative functions to assist in maintaining and organizing files, records, and documentation in accordance with organizational expectations and policy. - Enter and update data in compliance tracking systems, spreadsheets, and databases. - Track deadlines for accreditation related submissions and follow up with responsible staff. - Promotes, supports, and adheres to all policies outlined in the Employee Handbook. - Seeks resources for direction, when necessary. - Performs all other related functions and duties as assigned. Qualifications - Associate's degree preferred. - Experience with Correctional HealthCare accrediting bodies (NCCHC, ACA), preferred but not required. - Advanced computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfort learning compliance tracking systems and databases. - Excellent skills in the areas of organization, attention to detail, time management, and an ability to manage multiple tasks. - Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Teams, Zoom) for scheduling and coordination. - Ability to take initiative with projects to work both independently and as a team member. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Requirements - Ability to work and sit in front of a computer approximately 8 hours per day. - Talking and listening to communicate effectively with team members. - Visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing data/information and viewing a computer terminal. - Ability to work under pressure.
