• Develop and execute the product roadmap in alignment with the company's strategic goals and the unique requirements of healthcare lifecycles • Collaborate with teams across departments, including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Healthcare Operations, to deliver innovative, high-impact products • Drive the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring that products meet the needs of patients, providers, and healthcare facilities • Establish, maintain, and lead cross-functional communication and collaboration processes within the organization • Act as a liaison between healthcare stakeholders and internal teams to facilitate communication, gather feedback, and drive product improvements • Maintain a strong understanding of consumer needs, and market trends to inform product strategies and decision-making
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of product manager experience
- Experience with healthcare technology
- Experience with Agile/Scrum product development methodologies
- Proven experience with consumer technology products for the healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of patient, provider, and facility lifecycles.
- Experience in establishing product roadmaps and overseeing the successful execution of product strategies.
- Strong leadership skills to unite cross-functional teams and drive product development initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to tailor messaging to diverse healthcare stakeholders.
- Ability to think strategically, drive innovation, and lead product initiatives.
