Role Description We are seeking a Product Manager to join our global team and drive the strategy, development, and delivery of high-impact product initiatives across multiple markets. This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and customer experience, ensuring that product outcomes deliver measurable value at scale. You will play a key role in aligning diverse teams around a shared product vision, translating complex challenges into clear priorities, and ensuring successful execution from discovery through delivery. Key Responsibilities - Define and drive product strategy, roadmap, and priorities aligned with company objectives. - Partner closely with engineering, architecture, UX/UI, operations, and commercial teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions. - Work directly with development teams on technical requirements, product architecture discussions, integrations, APIs, dependencies, and delivery planning. - Translate complex business and operational needs into detailed product requirements and technical specifications. - Lead cross-functional initiatives across global teams and stakeholders. - Drive product discovery, user research, and data analysis to support strategic decision-making. - Facilitate alignment between technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, technical feasibility, and business value. - Monitor product performance, KPIs, and customer feedback to continuously improve the user experience. - Identify risks, dependencies, and technical constraints early to support efficient execution. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in global or enterprise environments. - Strong technical background with experience working directly with software engineering teams. - Ability to understand system architecture, APIs, integrations, technical dependencies, and software development processes. - Proven experience translating business requirements into technical deliverables and user stories. - Experience working with cross-functional and distributed global teams. - Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product delivery lifecycle. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Team-player mindset with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred. - Bi-lingual (US English, and Latin American Spanish or Brazilian Portuguese). - Comfort working across global and virtual teams, with an appreciation for regional nuance and cultural dynamics. - Experience in SaaS, enterprise platforms, or digital product ecosystems. - Previous experience in technical roles such as Business Analyst, Software Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Product Manager. - Experience working with cloud-based systems, integrations, or platform products. - Experience leading products across multiple markets or regions. - MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
