Sales Administrator

• You are responsible for operational order processing and ensure that orders, contracts and billing are handled correctly, on time and with a customer-focused approach. • Order and contract management: entering, validating and maintaining orders as well as purchase and contract data in the system • Renewal management: independently handling maintenance and contract renewals, including scheduling and data verification • License and billing processing: creating and sending software license keys and preparing invoices for new and existing customers • Contract inquiries: responding to questions about existing contracts and resolving customer concerns • Central interface function: primary point of contact for customers and internal teams, domestically and internationally, regarding order processing • Collections support: assisting with the resolution of overdue customer receivables in collaboration with Finance • Consulting and training billing: invoicing consulting days and training sessions • Commission billing: preparing and reviewing commission credit notes together with Sales • Master data maintenance: maintaining and continuously updating customer master data • Adherence to deadlines and processes: ensuring compliance with defined deadlines and internal team processes

Job Requirements

  • Completed commercial/business training or an equivalent qualification
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in order processing, sales support or order management
  • Strong IT affinity, ideally with experience in Salesforce
  • Experience with SaaS business models, renewals and commission-related processes is a plus
  • Strong sense of responsibility and excellent prioritization and time-management skills
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
