Role Description We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that support organizational goals, improve operational efficiency, and drive successful outcomes. This role will manage projects from planning through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will partner with business, clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to coordinate activities, manage risks, facilitate communication, and support organizational change. - Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout activities. - Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risk logs, and status reports. - Coordinate stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to ensure alignment and accountability. - Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies. - Manage project scope changes and support decision-making. - Facilitate project meetings and communicate progress to leadership. - Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements. - Support change management and process improvement initiatives. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of three (3) years of project management experience. - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required. - Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholder groups. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, and project management tools. Requirements - Healthcare industry experience. - Familiarity with HIPAA and regulated environments. - Experience supporting system implementations, strategic initiatives, or operational improvement projects.
