Role Description This role is responsible for leading the delivery of strategic projects across the Global Marketing function. The Project Manager ensures initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the role drives progress across a broad portfolio of initiatives and requires strong stakeholder engagement, effective governance, and the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams across geographies. Key Responsibilities - Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic marketing projects, including marketing workstream integrations linked to mergers and acquisitions. - Manage M&A integration activity across marketing and communications, covering rebranding, internal communications, and digital asset alignment, in close collaboration with Marketing and Corporate Communications teams. - Design, implement, and embed processes and governance frameworks to support the effective delivery of marketing initiatives. - Develop and maintain robust project plans, timelines, and budgets, adjusting as requirements and priorities evolve. - Chair project meetings, track actions, and ensure accountability across workstreams. - Monitor, report, and provide insight on project performance, delivery status, risks, and milestone adherence. - Engage with stakeholders across global teams to ensure alignment, buy-in, and successful delivery of project outcomes. - Support continuous improvement by refining project delivery approaches, methodologies, and controls. Qualifications - Proven experience leading and delivering complex, cross-functional projects in marketing, communications, and business development. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels. - Excellent organisational, facilitation, and presentation skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to delivery. - Experience in M&A integration and global project delivery. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
