• Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure on GCP • Perform day-to-day Kubernetes operations • Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines • Monitor infrastructure health • Respond to alerts and triage production issues • Write and maintain Terraform modules for infrastructure provisioning • Automate operational tasks using scripts and identify improvements • Drive continuous cost optimisation across compute, network, and storage

• Support, evolve, and ensure the reliability of applications and infrastructure running in AWS environments. • Ensure availability, performance, scalability, and resilience of production services. • Define, implement and monitor reliability indicators (SLIs, SLOs and SLAs). • Automate provisioning and management of infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC). • Participate in incident response, troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA) and implementation of preventive actions. • Maintain and develop automations, CI/CD pipelines and GitOps practices to reduce manual tasks and improve operational efficiency. • Implement and enhance observability, monitoring and alerting solutions using metrics, logs, traces and dashboards. • Analyze performance, capacity and availability bottlenecks, proposing continuous improvements. • Collaborate with Development, Architecture, Security and Product teams to promote reliability and operational best practices.

• Design, implement, and manage scalable and highly available systems on Azure Cloud • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uptime and reliability • Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads (Docker) • Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and related tools • Implement infrastructure as code and deployment automation using Helm Charts • Work with distributed systems such as Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL, Hadoop/HDFS • Configure and manage Cloudflare for performance, security, and traffic routing • Set up monitoring, alerting, and observability using tools like Grafana • Collaborate with development teams to improve system reliability and deployment practices • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures • Ensure security best practices and compliance across infrastructure

• Implementar y fortalecer controles de seguridad en pipelines de CI/CD, integrando herramientas de análisis de vulnerabilidades, quality gates y buenas prácticas de DevSecOps para garantizar despliegues seguros. • Configurar y administrar la seguridad de infraestructuras en la nube y entornos Kubernetes mediante infraestructura como código (Terraform), gestión de secretos, hardening y aplicación de políticas de seguridad. • Ejecutar análisis de vulnerabilidades, definir planes de remediación y brindar acompañamiento técnico a los equipos de desarrollo en la adopción de prácticas de desarrollo seguro y cumplimiento de estándares de seguridad.
