Job Description
Talent Acquisition Manager
ahead®
• You manage end-to-end hiring for a defined set of roles — from scoping requirements and shaping job profiles to coordinating interviews and supporting offer processes with confidence and clarity. • You go beyond inbound applications. You actively search for strong candidates, build talent pools, and run thoughtful outreach — with a focus on building relationships, not just filling pipelines. • You collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, translate them into structured hiring processes, and keep stakeholders informed on realistic timelines and candidate availability. • You keep a close eye on key recruiting metrics — time-to-hire, pipeline conversion, drop-offs, offer acceptance — and flag where things can be improved. You're comfortable experimenting and iterating. • You help bring ahead's culture and mission to life in every candidate interaction — from job ads and outreach copy to how you represent us in conversations. • You help optimize recruiting workflows and interview structures to ensure every candidate — regardless of outcome — leaves with a positive impression of ahead.

- A good feel for recruiting metrics and a genuine interest in improving process quality
- Some exposure to employer branding — you know how to talk about a company's culture in a way that resonates
- Clear communicator who can build trust with candidates and hiring managers alike

- Fuel yourself with ahead snacks, drinks, and merch - we’ve got you covered.
- On top: a €50 monthly allowance to spend as you like - Urban Sports Club, mobility options, or vouchers from your favorite brands (IKEA, MediaMarkt, Lego and more)
