What you will do: - Lead and Coordinate: - Coordinate the entire sales process, ensuring quality and compliance verification while adhering to Kyndryl best practices. - Support Consulting, Advisory, and Architecture activities across Sales and Pre-Sales, collaborating closely with Customer Partners and Kyndryl Consult Partners. - Develop and Deliver Solutions: - Identify the intricate business and technical requirements of our customers, leveraging our vast capabilities to generate winning cross-practice solutions. - Develop profitable deals using extensive technical knowledge and mastery of the practice-specific domain. - Collaborate, Communicate and Build Relationships: - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to generate winning responses and create optimal technical solutions. - Convey the technical benefits of Kyndryl's capabilities, perfectly matching the unique needs of each customer. - Build and nurture relationships with our external alliance partners, fostering a collaborative environment. - Demonstrate and Drive Value: - Develop and deliver compelling demonstrations, proof of concepts, and prototypes to demonstrate the tangible value our offerings bring to customers. - Showcase Distinctive Expertise: - Establish yourself as a true authority in your field through technical prowess and external certifications. - Showcase end-to-end knowledge of the domain and products. - Leverage specific domain expertise to win deals. - Demonstrate Customer Success: - Act as our customers’ trusted advisor by bringing business and technical expertise and insights. - Maintain and develop relationships with key alliance partners and ecosystems. - Lead the business and technical customer engagement as a domain expert. - Demonstrate Commercial Success: - Identify and develop opportunities through deep business/technical expertise. - Collaborate with stakeholders to generate a winning response and optimal technical and business customer outcomes. - Participate in the Customer Growth Planning process and execution with the Customer Partner. Qualifications - Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Presales, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or related customer-facing technical roles. - Deep expertise in cloud, Linux, networking, virtualization, and enterprise platforms, including software sales. - Demonstrated ability to increase signings through software products and higher value service offerings. - Experience supporting technology and enterprise software sales across multi-industry environments. - Deep domain knowledge of services offerings and technical solutions. - Demonstrated experience translating distinctive technical knowledge into actionable customer insights and solutions. - Prior consultative selling experience. Preferred skills and experience - Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree. - Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies. Compensation - The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $129,240 to $232,560 based on a full-time schedule. - This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance. - You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. • Serve as the senior voice and primary point of authority on all things Adobe Target, advising technical and business stakeholders on testing strategy, personalization architecture, and platform best practices. • Push back constructively and confidently when client stakeholders propose approaches that conflict with Adobe Target best practices — backed by direct, hands-on experience rather than secondhand knowledge. • Stay current on the Adobe Target roadmap, new feature releases, and broader personalization/experimentation trends (e.g., AI-driven personalization, integration with Adobe Experience Platform / Journey Optimizer, server-side and edge-based testing), and translate what's new into practical recommendations for the client. • Provide oversight and QA on test design, targeting logic, audience segmentation, and implementation to ensure technical soundness before anything ships. • Mentor and guide more junior optimization specialists working hands-on in the platform, reviewing their work and raising the technical bar. • Act as a bridge between strategic/business objectives and the technical realities of the Adobe Target platform — equally comfortable in a whiteboard strategy session or a implementation review with engineers. • Represent the optimization practice in client governance meetings, roadmap reviews, and executive readouts, bringing both authority and specificity.
