Qualifications - Mehrjährige Erfahrung im beratungsintensiven Vertrieb, idealerweise im Bildungs-, Dienstleistungs- oder Beratungsumfeld. - Freude daran, Menschen auf ihrem beruflichen Weg zu begleiten und individuell zu beraten. - Hohe Abschlussorientierung sowie ein sicheres Gespür für die Bedürfnisse deiner Interessierten. - Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Empathie und Überzeugungskraft. - Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise. - Sicherer Umgang mit CRM-Systemen sowie den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen. - Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
