• Write high-quality content including: Blog posts, Customer stories and case studies, White papers and eBooks, Solution pages and website copy, Sales enablement materials (one-pagers, decks, email content), Thought leadership articles • Translate complex technical topics (media workflows, asset management, cloud, AI, metadata, etc.) into clear, engaging narratives. • Adapt messaging for different personas: engineers, operations, executives, and creators. • Develop a deep understanding of Broadcast and media workflows (newsroom, post-production, sports, archive) • Collaborate closely with Product marketing for messaging and positioning, Field marketing for campaign-specific content, Sales teams to support pipeline acceleration, Subject matter experts (SMEs), product managers, and customers for technical accuracy
Job Requirements
- 3–7+ years of content writing experience in B2B technology
- Strong background in media, broadcast, or video production industry
- Proven ability to write about technical topics clearly and accurately
- Experience working with subject matter experts and translating technical concepts
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Experience with Media asset management (MAM) systems
- Newsroom systems
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar)
- Video production and post-production workflows
- Familiarity with SEO best practices
- Experience writing for global audiences
