• Call and email hospitality and MDU market decision-makers to introduce them to our innovative energy management technology. • Identify, engage, and develop relationships with value-added resellers who can drive sales into our target accounts. • Schedule and confirm in-person customer presentations and web demonstrations for our field sales team. • Collaborate closely with our lead generation team to prioritize daily calling and email outreach campaigns. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales activity, customer, and opportunity information within our CRM system. • Utilize sales prospecting and optimization tools to create effective outreach and follow-up campaigns. • Conduct market research to identify hospitality groups, MDU organizations, and key decision-makers across the Iberian region. • Strive to be a top-performing lead generator while contributing to a collaborative, team-oriented sales culture.
Job Requirements
- University degree, high school diploma, or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Prior experience in a sales, inside sales, business development, lead generation, or customer service role.
- Experience working with CRM platforms and the ability to leverage sales automation and prospecting tools to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Fluent Spanish language skills.
- Portuguese proficiency would be considered a strong advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to quickly learn new products, technologies, and market segments.
