Role Description We are currently on the lookout for legal consultants and GMSLA negotiators with strong GMSLA experience to join our ranks and support our Fortune 500 clients: - Draft, review, and negotiate GMSLAs and related trading / collateral documents. - Support front office and operations on legal and commercial issues in securities lending. - Work with risk, compliance, and external counsel to ensure documents meet regulatory and internal standards. - Help maintain template agreements and playbooks to improve consistency and speed of negotiations. Qualifications - Strong hands-on experience in GMSLA negotiation and documentation (qualified or non-qualified negotiator). - Good understanding of securities lending and collateral / margin mechanics. - Minimum of 3 years’ PQE in GMSLA, or equivalent experience as a highly experienced GMSLA negotiator. - Clear communicator and confident negotiator, able to work with trading and operations teams in a fast-paced environment.
