Job Description

Social Media Associate

Enterprise Monkey

• Own the end-to-end social calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and TikTok — plan, schedule, publish, and maintain a consistent posting cadence without being chased for it. • Write scroll-stopping copy and hooks native to each platform — not one post reformatted five ways. • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, and the like) to accelerate ideation, drafting, and production — while keeping brand voice human and on-point. • Track performance weekly — reach, engagement, follower growth, CTR — and turn the numbers into "here's what we change next week," not just a screenshot. • Run community management: reply to comments and DMs, spark conversation, and build genuine engagement, not vanity metrics. • Stay ahead of platform trends, formats, and algorithm shifts, and bring at least one new tested idea to the table each week.

Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of hands-on social media experience (in-house or agency) with a portfolio or live accounts you can point to and say "I did that."
  • Demonstrable command of LinkedIn, Instagram, YoutTube, X — you know the native formats cold, not just theory.
  • Strong copywriting: you can write a hook, a caption, and a CTA that actually convert.
  • Comfort reading analytics (native insights or a scheduler like Buffer/Hootsuite/Later) and drawing a decision from the data.
  • Basic working ability in at least one design/edit tool (Canva, CapCut, Figma, or Adobe).
  • Self-directed — you can take a rough brief and ship a finished, on-brand post without hand-holding.

Benefits

  • 100% remote opportunity.
  • 5 days working.
  • Excellent work-life balance.
  • Scope to experiment with lots of AI tools.
