• To provide a service to ILS Clients that is devoted to the coordination, rehabilitation, care and support of people with complex clinical needs. • To provide a service that aims to facilitate Client’s independence and improve their quality of life; whilst acknowledging safety issues. • Assessments of clients’ function & needs • Producing accurate and detailed formal reports including identification of time required to undertake tasks • Planning and reviewing goals • Providing risk assessments and identifying safeguarding concerns • Acting as an advocate for clients • Supporting clients and their families • Liaising with professionals and other agencies on the client’s behalf • Recruiting and managing Care Teams • Commissioning & coordinating multi-disciplinary teams • Completing and producing all necessary paperwork in relation to the Client as required by the Care Quality Commission • Attendance at court as required
Job Requirements
- Qualified healthcare or social care professional (e.g. Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Nurse or Social Worker) with current HCPC, NMC or SWE registration and an up-to-date CPD portfolio
- Clear understanding and application of the principles of the mental capacity act 2005
- Experience undertaking complex assessments, risk assessments, and supporting clients with complex needs
- Strong understanding of the UK health and social care system and rehabilitation principles
- Proven ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines
- Experience working within community-based settings, maintaining professional boundaries and achieving positive client outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and case documentation
- Competent in Microsoft Office and confident using digital systems
- Ability to lead, motivate and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
- Flexible approach to travel and working arrangements, with access to own transport

Location: REMOTE (Must be based in Texas) Key Responsibilities - Direct and coordinate the daily activities of RF Engineers and Field Technicians to ensure projects progress on schedule and meet strict client quality standards. - Drive the professional growth of the RF services team by implementing structured mentorship programs, conducting regular performance evaluations, and fostering a culture of continuous technical and leadership development among all subordinate engineers and technicians. - Oversee the development and validation of comprehensive Bills of Materials (BOMs), ensuring accurate specification of carrier-owned assets including basebands, radios, routers, DC power plants, and batteries. - Collaborate closely with the DAS A&E Manager to ensure seamless physical and RF integration between the carrier headend equipment and the distributed antenna systems. - Review and validate site survey data specifically targeting space, power, cooling, and structural requirements for DAS equipment deployment. - Serve as the primary engineering Subject Matter Expert (SME) for RAN architecture during scoping and review meetings with major wireless carriers (e.g., T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T). - Manage and balance design workloads across internal cross-functional teams and offshore design partners. - Support the Director in developing standardized Methods of Procedure (MOPs), training presentations, and quality assurance checklists for the RF engineering team. Qualifications - 5+ years of progressive experience in RF engineering, headend design, or telecommunications network architecture. - Deep technical understanding of carrier-owned assets, including baseband units, remote radio heads, DC power plants, and routing equipment. - Familiarity with major RAN original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) such as Ericsson, Nokia, and Samsung. - Strong foundational knowledge of 4G LTE and 5G NR technologies and their physical layer requirements. - Experience working in and leading multi-disciplinary or remote engineering teams. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent tasks and timelines. - Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to manage complex client interactions. Role Description The Estimator / Procurement Manager is responsible for generating accurate cost models and managing the material acquisition lifecycle for telecommunications projects, including DAS, structured cabling, fiber, ISP, and OSP. This role analyzes technical designs to build comprehensive project budgets, manages the Bill of Materials (BOM), and interfaces with vendors to secure pricing and ensure timely material delivery. - Review iBwave designs, architectural drawings, and site surveys to extract precise material quantities for DAS, structured cabling, fiber, ISP, and OSP projects. - Prepare complete labor and material estimates to generate comprehensive project budgets encompassing Hard Costs and Soft Costs. - Manage the centralized DAS and RAN BOMs, ensuring accurate specification, pricing, and tracking of all active and passive components. - Solicit and evaluate quotes from equipment vendors, distributors, and subcontractors to maintain cost efficiency and margin targets. - Evaluate distribution channels to maximize value in each market area and control costs. - Execute procurement operations, issuing purchase orders and coordinating delivery logistics to align with field deployment schedules. - Build and format formal pricing models for RFP responses, client proposals, and bid submissions.
