• Manage the people on the software development team, focusing on coaching and developing team members through regular 1:1s and frequent feedback; • Responsible for facilitating squad ceremonies within the adopted methodology, such as Plannings, Refinements, Retrospectives, etc.; • Remove impediments for the team; • Review and propose improvements to existing features, services and processes; • Evolve, together with the team, working methods aligned with agile methodologies and a digital culture; • Conduct sessions with all types of stakeholders to present recent results, gather feedback/insights and align on the product roadmap; • Contribute to defining the product/squad objectives and key metrics, regularly reporting these results to stakeholders (OKRs).

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience leading software development teams for digital products
  • Experience with process, product or service improvement
  • Background in software development (experience as Backend, FullStack, or Frontend)
  • Knowledge of facilitation techniques and problem-solving methods
  • Experience working in agile teams (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
  • Knowledge of System Architecture

Position Summary: The Environmental Health & Safety Specialist/Lead (EHS) is responsible for identifying, removing, and reducing hazards and risks.
