Role Description This is a remote work from home position (Part time). The Virtual Service Business Development Center (vBDC) Agent serves as a liaison between automotive dealerships and their customers. The vBDC Agent will answer incoming calls from the dealerships service center and schedule in their scheduling tools to ensure most efficient measures are used. The vBDC Agent will assist in multiple areas as needed to guarantee we are an extension of the dealership and giving their customers exceptional customer service. - Answer incoming phone calls from multiple dealerships - Pull up spreadsheets and log information on multiple tabs - Assist in obtaining basic demographic information about each customer and log that information in our database - Schedule appointments and communicate customer needs to the dealership - Communicate all missed opportunities or escalated calls to upper management - Work in a team environment to provide customers a top-level experience - Be courteous and professional on every interaction with a customer on each call Qualifications - Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written - Enjoy talking on the phone and willingness to help customers - Basic computer skills and phone etiquette - Friendly and professional manner - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Strong typing skills - Self motivated Requirements - Must have existing high-speed Internet access at home minimum 1GB - USB-Headset required - Quiet, noise-free home office space, free of distractions - Computer Specs- Must have 2 Screens - 1.4 GHz or higher Intel Core 2 Duo processor or compatible - 2 GB of RAM recommended minimum - Google Chrome Installed Experience - Sales - Service /Call Center/BDC Experience (1+ years preferred) - Customer/Client Service Experience (1+ years preferred) - Knowledge of Automotive Industry Preferred - Remote (1+ years) Physical Requirements - Sitting at computer for hours at a time - Vision, close-up work - Extensive computer work - Speaking on the phone
• Receives customer inquiries and fulfills requests professionally, efficiently and timely. • Captures and documents details of all customer interactions in a work management tool (ServiceNow) or as determined by the client. • Operates within established guidelines and procedures to independently deliver a full range of ACSC services including but not limited to: receiving customer calls, navigating on-line job aids, managing email correspondence, office services and reservations • Performs a variety of “off-line” tasks related to general business operations of the center and Workplace Solutions • Uses judgment to anticipate customer service needs, resolves routine issues and takes action accordingly and consistently provides high level of quality service. • Identifies, resolves or escalates, and tracks issues. • Recommends process improvements to enhance and improve service and overall performance. • Helps new and developing team members. • Other duties as assigned.
• Providing borrowers a single point of contact while the borrower is working through a loss mitigation option or in an active foreclosure status • Facilitates borrowers' assistance programs by helping them understand options available to them • Verbally provides information to borrowers on updates to loss mitigation and foreclosure decisions • Acquires additional information and documentation needed from borrowers for retention and disposition options • Studies and abides by all regulatory and compliance requirements
