Responsibilities in Automation Development - Research, design, and build production-grade UiPath automations and intelligent workflows across multiple functional areas. - Lead full-cycle development: build integrations with ERP, CRM, databases, APIs, Microsoft applications, and other enterprise platforms. - Conduct process assessments, translate business and mission requirements into technical designs, and prototype quickly with stakeholders. - Perform unit testing, lead exception handling setup, support UAT activities, and resolve defects to ensure high-quality delivery. - Implement CI/CD pipelines and Git-based source control for automated testing, monitoring, logging, and rollback. - Develop reusable components, libraries, and frameworks to align with enterprise automation governance standards. - Contribute to Azumo’s innovation roadmap by monitoring production automations, implementing enhancements, and advancing our automation portfolio. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master’s is a plus). - 3+ years of professional experience developing and deploying enterprise automation solutions. - Strong, expert-level knowledge of the UiPath platform, including UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework. - Hands-on experience integrating with web applications, APIs, databases, and enterprise systems like SAP, QAD, or similar. - Proven experience with software engineering fundamentals, exception handling, logging, monitoring, and automation support. - Familiarity with DevOps/Infrastructure as Code practices, including Git-based source control and CI/CD tools. - Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences and collaborate with business SMEs. - Professional English proficiency (B2/C1). Preferred Qualifications - UiPath Certified Professional (UCP) certification. - Experience with Document Understanding, AI Center, Intelligent Document Processing, or advanced AI-driven automation services. • Build storage technologies, client libraries, and filesystem frameworks that help AI workloads access data across object stores, file systems, and hybrid cloud infrastructure. • Develop high-performance storage paths for training and inference workflows, including data loading, checkpointing, caching, POSIX-style access, and object-store integration. • Build observability systems that diagnose storage bottlenecks, attribute GPU idle time to I/O behavior, and expose actionable telemetry through production monitoring stacks. • Improve performance, scalability, and reliability of storage systems serving massive datasets, deep directory trees, and high-concurrency AI workloads. • Work closely with internal AI teams, platform teams, SRE, and operations to validate storage behavior against real workloads and production environments. • Use modern software engineering practices, including AI-assisted and agentic development workflows, while maintaining high standards for design, testing, security, performance, and verification.

• Develop and maintain desktop and web applications, and backend services; • Improve legacy code with architectural enhancements; • Build interfaces in Angular and implement integrations via APIs, SOAP and messaging; • Work with multiple GitHub repositories; • Write and review Oracle scripts; • Ensure quality using SonarQube, unit tests and integration tests; • Analyze business requirements, document solutions and automate processes; • Support technical decisions, architecture and engineering best practices.
