HR Services Sales Consultant

• Prospect new clients and identify business opportunities; • Schedule and conduct sales meetings (in-person and/or online); • Present HR services solutions in a consultative manner; • Support the client throughout the entire sales process and perform post-sale activities to ensure client retention.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, People Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Postgraduate degree or specialization in commercial/sales areas will be considered a plus.
- Proven experience in selling HR services.
- Commercial/sales-oriented, communicative, proactive, and results-driven profile.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with clients.
- Comfortable working with targets/goals.
