We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our Civil Engineering team in Jacksonville, FL. As a Senior Civil Engineer, you'll manage multiple unique projects, ensuring they meet U.S. military design standards. Your day may include drafting developing site plans, preparing grading and drainage designs, conducting site visits to monitor progress, and resolving design challenges. Beyond technical work, you'll collaborate with teams, mentor staff, and help align departmental strategies to ensure project success. Why Join RQ? Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $125,000 – $175,000 annually, depending on experience Benefits Include: - Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance - 401(k) with company match - Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays - Hybrid work schedule with remote flexibility on Thursdays and Fridays - Relocation assistance for qualified candidates To succeed in this position, you will need the following education and experience: - A BS degree in Civil Engineering is the minimum formal education required for this position. - Professional Engineer (P.E.) License required. - Ten (10) or more years' experience in civil design, project delivery or equivalent in the industrial construction projects (foundation and below aspects: design land development, building pads, infrastructure for new builds, etc.) required with six (6) or more years' experience in drainage, grading, and utility design. - Project management with the Department of Defense (DoD) is preferred. - Specific software literacy required: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Work and MS Excel. - Travel to jobsites, as needed, is required.
