We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our Civil Engineering team in Jacksonville, FL. As a Senior Civil Engineer, you'll manage multiple unique projects, ensuring they meet U.S. military design standards. Your day may include drafting developing site plans, preparing grading and drainage designs, conducting site visits to monitor progress, and resolving design challenges. License required. - Ten (10) or more years' experience in civil design, project delivery or equivalent in the industrial construction projects (foundation and below aspects: design land development, building pads, infrastructure for new builds, etc.) required with six (6) or more years' experience in drainage, grading, and utility design. - Project management with the Department of Defense (DoD) is preferred. - Specific software literacy required: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Work and MS Excel. - Travel to jobsites, as needed, is required. Role Description Are you an Electrical Estimator who enjoys solving complex construction challenges, influencing pursuit strategy, and working on projects that make a lasting impact? RQ Construction is seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our growing Preconstruction team. In this role, you'll support the pursuit of large-scale federal and Department of Defense (DoD) projects across the United States, including mission-critical facilities, military infrastructure, aviation, industrial, and specialized construction projects. This is an opportunity to work on high-profile Design-Build and negotiated pursuits while collaborating with experienced construction, engineering, and operations professionals. We are open to remote candidates nationwide, with preference given to candidates located in the Southeast region. What You'll Do - Develop detailed electrical estimates for Design-Build, negotiated, and competitive bid projects. - Perform quantity takeoffs and analyze plans, specifications, RFPs, and design documents. - Evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing to develop complete and competitive proposals. - Participate in estimate reviews, bid strategy discussions, constructability reviews, and value engineering efforts. - Identify project risks, scope gaps, and cost-saving opportunities throughout the preconstruction process. - Support bid-day activities and collaborate with operations teams during project turnover. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in electrical estimating, electrical construction, project engineering, field supervision, or a related construction role. - Experience preparing cost estimates and quantity takeoffs for commercial, industrial, federal, or military construction projects. - Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction means and methods, labor productivity, and cost analysis. - Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents. - Experience with estimating software such as McCormick, Accubid, Bluebeam, ConEst, Planswift, or similar platforms. - Federal, DoD, Design-Build, and NEC experience is highly preferred. VDC Mechanical Lead

Role Description RQ Construction is seeking a VDC Mechanical Lead. In-person work in Jacksonville, FL is preferred, but remote work will be considered. This position is responsible for supporting and coordinating all aspects of Building Information Modeling (BIM) production, coordination, and management related to Mechanical and Plumbing to assure a quality product that meets the requirements of the contract. Specifically, this position will focus on the development, coordination, and production of 3D models through collaboration with: - Design consultants - Preconstruction team - Construction operations - Supply chain partners RQC, LLC, (a wholly-owned subsidiary of DPR Construction) is seeking experienced Engineers and Designers with an advanced level of large scale ($25M +) commercial, federal and/or industrial type project experience to join our design/build team to contribute to a true integrated project delivery for the Department of Defense. Projects are challenging, interesting, and diverse both technically and geographically. Pay: $85 - $110K DOE Qualifications - A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related A/E/C discipline is the minimum formal education required for this position. - Five (5) or more years' BIM design experience required with immersive BIM and design coordination, performing clash detection and resolution. - Five (5) or more years' background in working with architecture, engineering, MEP systems, and construction. - Field construction experience is preferred. - Experience preparing and implementing BIM Standards is preferred. - 3D scan model collaboration is preferred.
