Job Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a top business school or engineering school
- Significant experience (3 to 5 years) in a similar role
- Knowledge of medical biology/medical diagnostics is a plus
- Comfortable with commercial negotiation
- Customer-experience oriented and attuned to profitability concerns
- Able to structure your sales activities
- Able to combine field presence, commercial methodology and rigorous performance management

The Subject Matter Expert (SME) position is accountable for delivering results on a wide range of assignments, short and long-term, across our mill system. The SME must work well with varied teams and be able to quickly engage employees from all levels of the organization from executive to the shop floor, and influence vendors and contractors.
