Service Sales Engineer
ABB
• Drive service sales processes and generate service sales opportunities. • Secure profitable sales within the designated areas. • Focus on Installed Base (IB) of Motion products. • Promote various upgrades, retrofits, and value-add solutions. • Understand the channel strategy and establish related prices. • Prepare sales plans, review them, and propose recovery plans when needed. • Execute workshop orders and contribute to customer satisfaction. • Conduct service activities onsite, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of drives. • Prepare comprehensive reports documenting service activities.
Job Requirements
- Sound knowledge of industrial automation products and systems – drives, motors, PLCs and Instrumentation.
- Experience in sales of industrial products and services will be a plus but is not mandatory.
- Ability to develop and manage customer relationships.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Good level of English, both written and spoken.
- Bulgarian knowledge is a must.
- Electrical, mechanical or automation engineer.
- Ability to work with time constrains and willing to travel.
- Experienced driver with clean driving license.
