Role Description We are currently looking for a strong full-stack engineer with solid architectural understanding and hands-on development experience. You will play a key role in designing and developing sophisticated SaaS/PaaS applications that prioritize performance, usability, and accessibility, and building & leading your own team in the Vietnam office. - Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications across both front-end and back-end systems. - Build and maintain robust microservices using Java Spring Boot. - Develop front-end applications using Angular 19. - Design and implement distributed, scalable solutions aligned with business requirements. - Design and manage databases using PostgreSQL and ensure efficient data integration across services. - Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments with Kubernetes (K8S). - Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. - Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, and technical decision-making across the stack. - Ensure code quality through best practices, including testing (unit/integration), code reviews, CI/CD, and documentation. - Work effectively in global teams and contribute to Agile/Scrum development processes. Qualifications - 7+ years of experience in software development. - Strong Java and Spring Boot experience. - Good experience with Angular. - Strong software architecture understanding. - Experience with distributed systems / microservice architectures. - Good understanding of containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes). - PostgreSQL or other relational database experience. - Experience designing scalable backend systems and APIs. - Ability to work across backend and infrastructure topics when needed. - Experience building SaaS/PaaS products. - Familiarity with AI/LLM-related technologies is a plus. - Experience with DevOps, cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, or platform engineering is a strong advantage.
