Job Description
Product Manager
Mirantis
• Sales Enablement & Field Support: Build and maintain the core k0rdent Enterprise pitch: positioning, messaging, use cases, pricing explainers, and competitive differentiation. Produce the materials sellers need to open and close deals — slide decks, one-pagers, battle cards, ROI models, demo scripts, and migration guides. Partner directly with the sales team; show up to customer meetings, support discovery calls, and help close strategic accounts. Own the talk track. Make it simple, repeatable, and field-tested. • Go-to-Market Execution: Take ownership of GTM plans for new capabilities and releases - coordinate across product, marketing, and sales to land launches with impact. Engage analysts, write technical content, and build the external narrative around k0rdent Enterprise. Develop and maintain a clear point of view on the competitive landscape - Rancher, Red Hat, SpectroCloud, Rafay, hyperscalers - and keep the field armed with current intelligence. Track win/loss patterns and feed insights back into positioning and roadmap conversations. • Customer & Market Insight: Engage directly with platform engineers, DevOps teams, and SREs to understand pain points and buying drivers. Identify the use cases where k0rdent Enterprise wins - multi-cloud orchestration, IDP delivery, regulated/air-gapped environments - and make those the center of the GTM story. Translate customer feedback into clear, prioritized input for engineering and product leadership. • Revenue Responsibility: Take ownership of the commercial performance of the sales motion you enable. You are not a support function - you are accountable for helping the team hit numbers. Track pipeline, conversion, and deal velocity as leading indicators of whether your GTM is working. Work with sales leadership to identify gaps in coverage, messaging, or materials that are causing deals to stall.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in product management, product marketing, or GTM roles in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or enterprise software.
- Proven track record enabling sales teams - you've built the decks, written the playbooks, and been in the room when deals close.
- Demonstrated revenue responsibility: you've been measured against commercial outcomes, not just output.
- Strong communicator and writer - able to take complex infrastructure concepts and make them land with a business audience.
- Technical fluency in Kubernetes, multi-cloud, and platform engineering - enough to hold a credible conversation with engineers and translate what you hear.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, low-structure environment. You don't wait for things to be handed to you.
- Bonus Qualifications: Experience with AI/ML infrastructure or GPU orchestration use cases. Familiarity with Cluster API, GitOps, or Kubernetes-native policy tooling. Background working with or against Red Hat, VMware, Rancher, SpectroCloud, Rafay, or hyperscaler Kubernetes offerings. Experience in a startup or high-growth environment where you built GTM from scratch.
Benefits
- Work with an established Silicon Valley leader in the cloud infrastructure industry;
- Work with exceptionally passionate, talented and engaging colleagues, helping Fortune 500 and Global 2000 customers implement next-generation cloud technologies;
- Be a part of cutting-edge, open-source innovation;
- Thrive in the high-energy environment of a young company where openness, collaboration, risk-taking, and continuous growth are valued;
- Professional development and training;
- Attend conferences and working groups;
- Company outings, happy hours, hackathons, and tech talks;
- Receive a competitive compensation package with a strong benefits plan.
