Sales Engineer – Foundry, Indiana Territory

• Manage and expand relationships with existing foundry customers throughout Indiana. • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory. • Execute strategic sales plans to grow revenue and profitability. • Negotiate pricing, supply agreements, and commercial terms. • Consistently achieve or exceed sales and gross profit objectives. • Assess customer operations and recommend solutions that improve production performance. • Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training sessions. • Provide timely technical support and collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues. • Develop customized proposals, quotations, and value-based recommendations. • Build relationships with plant managers, engineers, operators, purchasing teams, and executive decision-makers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of three (3) years of technical sales, industrial sales, engineering, or customer-facing experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to travel up to 50% throughout Indiana and occasionally beyond the territory as needed.

Role Description The Board Solutions Group works closely with Packaging Solutions of North America (PSNA) to support tactical and strategic initiatives to improve results and drive business strategy to achieve or exceed their targeted performance levels. This involves the use of expertise and leadership gained through years of experience to deliver improvement within the manufacturing system. Board Solutions SME’s work together within all of the PSNA facilities to improve paper machine performance, reduce variability, improve quality and lower manufacturing costs. The Subject Matter Expert (SME) position is accountable for delivering results on a wide range of assignments, short and long-term, across our mill system. The SME must work well with varied teams and be able to quickly engage employees from all levels of the organization from executive to the shop floor, and influence vendors and contractors.
