Role Description Queremos ser a maior e mais amada rede de logística digital. Somos uma startup que atua no segmento do varejo e logística, apoiando os pequenos e médios empreendedores a se tornarem mais competitivos no mercado e a alavancarem suas vendas. Por isso, buscamos um(a) Super Estagiário(a) em Service Desk, que se identifique com o nosso propósito, que tenha muita energia para somar no time de Tecnologia e que queira crescer (muito!) com a gente. - Registrar, classificar e acompanhar chamados conforme os processos da área; - Apoiar na triagem e priorização de incidentes e solicitações, considerando impacto e urgência; - Auxiliar na investigação inicial de incidentes de baixa complexidade, buscando identificar possíveis causas; - Orientar usuários sobre dúvidas relacionadas ao uso das plataformas e apoiar na identificação de problemas reportados; - Escalonar chamados para os times responsáveis, garantindo o registro das informações necessárias para continuidade do atendimento; - Acompanhar o andamento dos chamados, mantendo os registros atualizados e os usuários informados sobre o status das solicitações; - Criar, revisar e manter documentações e a base de conhecimento da área; - Apoiar na execução de procedimentos operacionais, como redefinição de acessos e atuação em contingências simples, seguindo os processos estabelecidos; - Contribuir com sugestões de melhorias para os processos, fluxos e documentações do Service Desk. Qualifications - Estar cursando a partir do 2º semestre em Ensino Superior em Tecnologia; - Ter disponibilidade para fazer 02 anos de estágio; - Conhecimento básico de lógica de programação; - Conhecimento básico em alguma linguagem de programação (como JavaScript, Python ou similares); - Interesse em aprender e se desenvolver na área de Service Desk; - Curiosidade para compreender processos, sistemas e propor melhorias; - Boa comunicação verbal e escrita para interagir com diferentes áreas da empresa; - Organização, proatividade e vontade de aprender continuamente; - Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe. Requirements - Conhecimento ou experiência com bancos de dados; - Conhecimento ou interesse em Governança de TI; - Interesse ou experiência no uso de Inteligência Artificial para apoiar atividades do dia a dia.
