Role Description Au sein du service Gestion des Ressources Humaines, composé d'une responsable et de deux conseillers RH, le Conseiller RH (F/H) est l'interlocuteur RH dédié des services dont il a la charge. Il assure la gestion administrative, statutaire, salariale et sociale des agents dans le respect du cadre réglementaire de la Fonction Publique Territoriale. - Participer activement à la vie de la commune en contribuant à la gestion humaine d'une collectivité en plein essor - Rejoindre une équipe RH engagée et soucieuse de la qualité du service rendu aux agents - Travailler dans un cadre agréable, avec des outils modernes, au sein d'une administration attentive au bien-être de ses collaborateurs - Développer votre expertise en droit de la Fonction Publique Territoriale et en gestion des ressources humaines Qualifications - Titulaire d'une formation dans le domaine des ressources humaines ou de la gestion administrative - Expérience dans des fonctions similaires, idéalement au sein d'une collectivité territoriale - Rigueur, organisation et sens du contact Requirements - Bonne connaissance du Statut de la Fonction Publique Territoriale et de l'Élu local - Connaissance des dispositifs de formation dans la FPT (CNFPT, plans de formation, financement) - Maîtrise des outils informatiques et logiciels métier (eSedit RH, eGF Berger Levrault, Kélio de Bodet) - Capacité de rédaction, d'analyse et de reporting - Sens de l'organisation, de l'anticipation et du respect des délais (TP, DSN, échéances périodiques) - Autonomie dans la gestion de vos missions et sens de la priorisation - Esprit d'équipe, sens du service public et réelles qualités relationnelles - Discrétion, empathie et sens aigu de la confidentialité

Role Description This Associate General Counsel reports to the General Counsel as a key member of the Legal Department and is primarily responsible for leading and supporting transactional and operational legal matters.
