Role Description As a Senior Solutions Consultant (Design), you’ll partner with our Strategic and Enterprise Account Executives across North America to uncover customer needs, shape enterprise solutions, and deliver demos that resonate with design, brand, and marketing teams (and the wider organisation). • You will lead and own CRM projects from requirements analysis through to successful implementation • Design and configure tailored CRM solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a focus on Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Insights, Service, or Field Service • Coordinate the project team and external service providers • Manage projects end-to-end and apply the latest technologies to resolve technical challenges • Key account management, including identifying opportunities for further development • Actively contribute to the ongoing development of our CRM strategy and the Microsoft Dynamics 365 portfolio

• Manage a portfolio of migration projects, ensuring a seamless transition from legacy SEGs to Abnormal Security • Deliver expert guidance on enterprise mail flow, covering SMTP, MX records, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and routing across hybrid cloud and on-premise infrastructures • Advise on native security controls in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, ensuring seamless replacement of SEG functionality • Provide guidance on email security policies, implementing anti-phishing protections and maintaining compliance with industry regulations • Troubleshoot and resolve mail flow issues, ensuring secure and reliable email delivery post-migration • Refine SEG displacement methodologies, optimizing best practices for future implementations • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to improve deployment workflows • Develop and manage project plans, ensuring on-time delivery, scope control, and quality assurance • Identify and mitigate migration risks, proactively engaging internal support when necessary • Provide clear and regular status updates, aligning key stakeholders on project progress

Role Description The Baseline Assessment will establish initial values for the Skills4Girls key performance indicators (KPIs), including: - Girls’ agency - Acquisition of digital skills - Gender attitudes at individual, school, and community levels - School participation and retention Furthermore, it will support the UNICEF Ethiopia Country Office in: - Setting realistic targets - Developing evidence-based work plans - Enabling performance monitoring at regional, woreda, and school levels The assessment will inform the program's implementation plan by: - Facilitating progress measurement - Identifying gaps - Highlighting opportunities for learning and impact over time It will specifically measure changes in: - Girls' agency-related qualities - Digital literacy - School retention - Social and gender norms, beliefs, and attitudes acting as barriers to and enablers of girls’ learning within a socio-ecological framework The baseline will serve as a benchmark for contextualized planning, implementation, management, and decision-making. Qualifications - A Master's Degree in Gender Studies, Education, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Statistics, Public Health, Monitoring and Evaluation, or a related field Requirements - At least 10 years of relevant professional experience conducting research, assessments, or evaluations related to education, gender equality, adolescent programming, child protection, or related areas - Experience working with UN agencies or international organizations is an asset - Proven experience in the development of result frameworks for gender and adolescent girls’ programs - Strong understanding of adolescent girls’ empowerment and gender issues in Ethiopia - Experience conducting field research in Ethiopia preferred - Excellent report writing and analytical skills - Proven experience in mixed-methods research and data analysis - Proficiency in English and Amharic is required; knowledge of Oromiffa and Somali languages would be an asset Benefits - Attractive compensation and benefits package - Diverse opportunities for professional and personal development Company Description UNICEF works in over 190 countries and territories to save children’s lives, defend their rights, and help them fulfill their potential, from early childhood through adolescence.
