Role Description Au sein des équipes produits de la DSI organisées selon les principes des startups d’État, vous pilotez un produit numérique visant à simplifier et à dématérialiser les démarches d’aide juridictionnelle. - En collaboration avec une équipe pluridisciplinaire (développeurs, designer, data analyst, chargé de déploiement et expert accompagnement du changement), vous définissez la stratégie produit. - Conduisez les investigations utilisateurs, priorisez les évolutions et pilotez leur mise en œuvre. - Vous êtes rattaché au lead produits et participez à une communauté de pratiques de 5 responsables de produits. Qualifications - Expérience en gestion de produit numérique. - Compétences en conduite d'enquêtes utilisateurs. - Capacité à travailler en équipe pluridisciplinaire. Requirements - Définir et porter la vision stratégique du produit de demande d’aide juridictionnelle dématérialisée. - Élaborer et piloter la feuille de route, prioriser les évolutions et arbitrer les demandes. - Mener des investigations terrains auprès des utilisateurs. - Construire et prioriser le backlog selon l’utilisation, l’utilité et l’impact. - Organiser et réaliser des tests utilisateurs. - Définir et suivre les indicateurs d’usage, de qualité, de performance et de satisfaction. - Mettre en place les cérémonies et coordonner les travaux de l’équipe pluridisciplinaire. - Être l’interlocuteur principal pour tout sujet concernant le produit. Role Description Apprenticeship under the direction of the Product Owner. Member of the Agile squad/team, representing the voice of the customer and the organization in execution of product vision.
