• SLA and support management: Project leadership for existing SLA mandates across the B-works client portfolio • Prioritization and coordination of support requests, bug tickets and change requests • Ensure agreed response times: Priority 1 (critical) within 4 hours, Priority 2 (high) within 2 business days, Priority 3 (medium) within 5 business days (Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:00) • Proactive budget monitoring and transparent reporting • Product ownership and backlog management: Creation and maintenance of user stories, bugs and acceptance criteria in Jira • Sprint planning and task prioritization with the development team • Planning and facilitation of innovation workshops to identify valuable features • Support for CMS upgrades, technical migrations and AI integrations • Stakeholder management: Primary point of contact for end clients in day-to-day operations • Regular status meetings and reporting • Expectation management and handling of change requests • Coordination between client and development teams • Team coordination: Directing the development team within SLA commitments • Alignment with the Key Account Manager • Quality assurance and test coordination • Time tracking and billing

• Development - choose your track: Back-End: Drupal 10/11 setup and architecture, content modeling (Paragraphs, Layout Builder) • Custom module development: clean, documented, maintainable • Search API and Solr, including PDF indexing and auto-complete • REST API integrations (third-party systems, appointment booking, AI interfaces) • Webforms with complex calculation logic and CMS-manageable parameters • Performance optimization, security (OWASP), CI/CD, Composer, Git • Front-End: Drupal theming with Twig, component-based architecture • Implementing designs into accessible, high-performance Drupal templates (WCAG 2.1 AA) • Integration of design systems and pattern libraries • JavaScript, CSS/SASS, front-end performance optimization • Close collaboration with back-end development and UX/design • Full-Stack: combination of the above tasks depending on project requirements • Participation in agile sprint teams • Code reviews and technical documentation according to agency standards
