Role Description Sous l’autorité du Directeur Général des Services, le Directeur Général Adjoint chargé du pôle Solidarité, coordonne et anime les actions des directions placées sous sa responsabilité : Cohésion sociale, développement social, Santé et CCAS. Participe à la définition du projet global de la collectivité et à sa stratégie de mise en œuvre, en particulier dans son secteur de délégation. - Pilote la stratégie de gestion et d'optimisation des ressources en étant aide à la décision sur la réalisation des actions relevant du champ de compétence attribué (appréciation des enjeux juridiques, techniques et financiers). - Participe au comité de direction générale. - Supervise le management des services de son secteur. - Met en œuvre et pilote l'évaluation des politiques locales et projets de la collectivité. - Assure la représentation de la ville et de ses intérêts dans l'environnement institutionnel en interface avec le pouvoir politique. Qualifications - Bonne connaissance de l’environnement territorial. - Excellentes qualités relationnelles. - Compétences rédactionnelles. - Maîtrise des outils bureautiques. - Techniques de communication interne/externe. Role Description The Associate Director, Market Access Contracting reports to the Sr. Director, Market Access Contracting.
