Role Description The Senior Program Delivery Professional manages and executes on all Stars, Clinical, and Pharmacy projects for the In-home Health and Well-being Assessment Team. The work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. - Executes on projects designed to improve clinical quality tied to the in-home assessment program. - Continues to deliver existing Stars programs included in IHWA program. - Partners directly with Stars, Clinical, and Pharmacy partners to identify and prioritize opportunities to incorporate additional clinical value. - Monitors and leads oversight of all in-home visit data collection, ensuring real-time visibility and compliance with policies and Stars requirements. - Oversees operational performance dashboards, proactively identifying issues and coordinating resolution and improvement opportunities. - Leads incident response and root cause analysis for Stars data, verifying data at the member level. - Reviews and communicates results of programs. - Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. - Provides consolidated budget tracking for Stars and Follow-Up team to enable coordination with Finance, validating vendor invoicing and data files. You will report to the Director, Program Delivery. Qualifications - 5+ years' experience in Stars and HEDIS. - 3+ years vendor or project management experience. - Advanced skills using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SQL. - Experience working independently with multiple stakeholders from across the organization. - Understanding of metrics, trends, and the ability to identify gaps in care. - Ability to work under tight deadlines, multitask, and deliver quality work under pressure. - Ability to use discretion and possess exceptional judgement. Requirements - To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service must meet the following criteria: - At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested. - Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership. - Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense. - Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job. - Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information. - While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.
