This is a retention role: you're measured on clients who stay and grow. - Own a book of client accounts: onboarding, regular check-ins, coordinating delivery. - Drive renewals and upsells; get ahead of at-risk accounts before they churn. - Be the client's trusted point of contact. Qualifications - You've personally owned client relationships in a services or agency business — responsible for keeping clients happy and renewing them, not just delivering work. - Calm, proactive, organized; comfortable on video with clients. - Fluent English; Arabic a strong plus (client-facing in the region). Senior Enterprise Account Manager

Role Description We’re looking for an experienced client-facing Senior Enterprise Manager to lead our relationships with some of the largest names in life sciences; pharma, biotech, and medical devices. You will be the primary point of contact for your clients and work with them to ensure impeccable service and thoughtful guidance on getting the most out of RxVantage’s expanding offerings and capabilities. The right candidate is a natural at building strong partnerships and has demonstrated success growing client relationships (cross-selling/up-selling).
