Client Manager, Commercial Lines

C3 Risk & Insurance Services

• Act as the main, day-to-day contact for clients • Prepare Applications and documents for submission • Perform Contract reviews for insurance requirements compliance • Prepare Certificates of Insurance, Invoices, Finance Agreements • Process Endorsements, Audits • Analyze and compare current exposures for marketing • Conduct marketing, negotiate rates, review quotes and coverages • Review and summarize marketing results, prepare proposals • Monitor and manage renewal marketing and bind process • Check binders, policies, endorsements, audits for accuracy • Prepare summaries/schedules of coverage for clients • Participate in the claims process, including submission and follow-up • Ensure financial aspects related to invoicing and premium financing are correct and timely • Maintain files in accordance with company policy and professional standards

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience
  • Knowledgeable in coverages, carrier guidelines, underwriting, and legislative changes
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong mathematical skills
  • Great written and oral communication skills
  • Active P&C license
  • College degree preferred, not required
  • Insurance designation preferred, not required

This individual is responsible for aligning RapidScale’s solutions to client needs, demonstrating clear business value and outcomes, and positioning RapidScale as a long-term strategic partner. Serving as the single point of accountability for the client relationship, the Executive Client Partner owns the full customer lifecycle including account strategy, growth, retention, and overall relationship health. This role is designed to simplify the customer experience by replacing fragmented overlays with a unified, executive-level ownership model. The Senior Principal Client Partner works cross-functionally with solution engineering, delivery, product, and leadership teams to ensure alignment, secure resources, and drive successful outcomes. This individual is responsible for leading account planning, managing the sales cycle from qualification through close, and ensuring all internal stakeholders are effectively leveraged to support client success.
