Role Description Rattaché(e) à la cheffe du service Espaces Verts et Cadre de Vie, et en lien avec le responsable du pôle Gestion et Production ainsi que le chargé de projet Biodiversité et Paysage, vous encadrez les équipes et pilotez les activités d’entretien et de création des espaces verts afin de garantir une gestion durable et qualitative du patrimoine paysager de la Ville de Vertou. Dans ce cadre, vous participez également à la définition et à la mise en œuvre de sa stratégie paysagère. À ce titre, vos missions principales sont les suivantes : - Le management et l’organisation : - Assurer l'encadrement et la coordination des équipes du pôle. - Accompagner l'encadrant de terrain dans l'organisation et le suivi des activités de l'équipe de jardiniers composée de 12 agents. - Veiller à l'application des règles d'hygiène, de sécurité et de prévention des risques professionnels. - Assurer le suivi administratif et RH des agents, apprentis et stagiaires du pôle. - Le pilotage technique et administratif : - Organiser et porter une planification pluriannuelle des investissements nécessaires au maintien et au renouvellement du patrimoine paysager. - Conduire les projets de création d'espaces verts. - Contribuer au développement de pratiques de gestion durable. - Participer à l'élaboration ainsi qu'au suivi budgétaire du pôle. - Superviser les achats et les équipements nécessaires à son fonctionnement. - La coordination et transversalité : - Participer aux projets métropolitains en réalisant des prescriptions en amont sur de futurs espaces verts rétribués. - Participer au suivi de chantier des lots espaces verts ou à leur mise en œuvre en interne. - Développer des partenariats et des groupes de travail. Qualifications - Formation de niveau Bac +2 dans le domaine de l’aménagement paysager ou équivalent. - Expérience dans la gestion d’espaces verts et l’encadrement d’équipes. - Maîtrise des techniques de création et d’entretien paysager ainsi que des pratiques de gestion écologique. - Bonne connaissance du fonctionnement des collectivités territoriales. - Capacités d’organisation, d’anticipation et de management. - Aptitude au travail en transversalité avec les différents services et partenaires institutionnels. - Sens du service public et qualités relationnelles reconnues.
