Qualifications - Un diplôme minimum de Master en travail social, sciences humaines, sciences sociales, politiques publiques ou équivalent. - Expérience de 10 ans minimum dans le domaine du travail social et de la réforme des services publics. - Avoir une expérience à un niveau senior en travail social notamment en lien avec le secteur de la protection de l’enfant et/ou la protection sociale. - Expérience confirmée dans l'élaboration de documents stratégiques nationaux. - Excellente connaissance du contexte de la protection de l’enfant et/ou de la protection sociale au Burundi (ou pays similaire). - Aisance confirmée dans la préparation et la facilitation de réunions de coordination ou d'ateliers techniques. - Excellentes capacités d'analyse, de synthèse et de rédaction de rapports et de documents stratégiques de haute qualité.
